SAFETY LOCK-OUT VALVES
FEATURES
• Supplied in safety yellow and red (on the same unit)
• Locks in Closed-Exhaust position only (an OSHA requirement)
• Operating sleeve resists accidental shut-off, yet slides smoothly
without sticking after long periods between operations
• Sleeve rotates for location of a standard padlock
• 50% to 60% less costly than other valve types
• Takes less space than spool, poppet and ball valves
• No handles to remove or vibrate off the valve
• Controlled exhaust rate muffles exhaust noise
• Operating sleeve cannot be removed while valve is locked
MEETS OSHA REGULATIONS
In compliance with OSHA standards, the V-35 only locks in the
closed / exhaust position. It provides positive lock-out with any shackle
diameter up to 3/8”.
