The FAR RAC2200 Riveter is a hydropneumatic tool perfect for use with blind rivets from 2.4mm up to 5.0mm in steel and stainless steel and up to 6.0mm in aluminium. It will also set 3/16" FarBolt, Magna-Lok and Monobolt applications. All standard POP rivet nosepieces sold complete with tool.

The FAR RAC2200 is a Heavy Duty Tool which is perfect for high volume production due to its lightweight structure and operator friendly design.

This tool featues a booster separate to the body the RAC2200 rivet tool is ideally suited for use on automated assembly lines as it offers low hand stress, Due to its lightweight design.

Designed with a vacuum and auto ejection system similar to the FAR RAC170 this ensures the FAR RAC2200 will retain the rivet in the nozzle for easier application.

The simple operation of this tool makes for an excellent choice in any high volume production environment.

Why Should I Choose A Riveter With Suction?

It is beneficial to choose a riveter with suction as when the rivet is set, The vacuum suction system pulls the pin through to the collector bottle system.

This saves the operator time when setting several rivets, It also reduces the chance of the tool becoming jammed.

Suction is also beneficial if the operator is setting a rivet into an application at an obscure/awkward place/angle as it keeps the rivet in the head until it has been set.

Tools can offer two types of suction:

1. Automatic Suction -  This is a feature that can be switched on by the operator, The vacuum suction system will automatically collect the rivet pins.
2. Triggered Suction - This feature the operator can activate the vacuum suction system by pressing the tool trigger. 

The RAC2200 offers automatic suction.

Return of goods…. contact must be made within 5 days from receipt of goods or collection, where a return reference will be provided.

Goods must be in good condition, unused, not damaged and returned in the packaging the goods where sent out in, so that goods can be resold

Once received, the goods will be inspected and credit arranged once all checks have been passed.
