Features

The FAR RAC 171 is a pneumatic rivet tool ideal for setting rivets in a variety of applications.

The FAR RAC171 rivet tool offers a built in vacuum enabling the rivet to be held in place allowing the operator a free hand. A mandrel eject system collects the spent mandrel safely.

With front facing air inlets on a swivel attachment, the FAR RAC171 rivet tool is ideal for use in confined spaces, providing the ability to get into tight areas to set rivets easily and without any fuss.

The FAR RAC171 rivet tool sets rivets in all materials from 4.8 mm - 6.4 mm also 3/16" and 1/4" Monobolts and Huck Magnalok. This versatile Air Riveter also sets 7.8mm in Standard Aluminium Rivets.

Why Should I Choose A Riveter With Suction?

It is beneficial to choose a riveter with suction as when the rivet is set, The vacuum suction system pulls the pin through to the collector bottle system.

This saves the operator time when setting several rivets, It also reduces the chance of the tool becoming jammed.

Suction is also beneficial if the operator is setting a rivet into an application at an obscure/awkward place/angle as it keeps the rivet in the head until it has been set.

Tools can offer two types of suction:

1. Automatic Suction -  This is a feature that can be switched on by the operator, The vacuum suction system will automatically collect the rivet pins.
2. Triggered Suction - This feature the operator can activate the vacuum suction system by pressing the tool trigger. 

The RAC171 offers automatic suction.

Return of goods…. contact must be made within 5 days from receipt of goods or collection, where a return reference will be provided.

Goods must be in good condition, unused, not damaged and returned in the packaging the goods where sent out in, so that goods can be resold
