In-House Repairs
Our highly skilled and experienced service engineers are well equipped to cover everyday repairs from Pneumatic / Hydraulic air riveters, air drills, sanders and impact wrenches, electric 240v-110v power tools and petrol equipment. We also repair Garage and Workshop Equipment such as Trolley Jacks, Jacking Beams and hoists. Our workshops are stacked out with specialists tooling to ensure the best care is taken when disassembling and re-assembling our customers tooling.
On Site Repairs
This service is for larger organisations. The service offers a choice of basic tool service i.e. inventory based spot checks, where we will test equipment and if possible and where required we shall carry out minor repairs and adjustments. The service also caters for a more structured and overhaul service arrangement where we can take tooling from history and inventory records and complete an overhaul service on a scheduled basis. Preventative Maintenance
Our preventative maintenance programmes offer a health check which includes installation of equipment, operator training and regular maintenance for all types of air tooling. The service offers everything from in-house repairs to onsite repairs. Each maintenance plan is designed specifically to cater for the individual customer requirements usually undertaken on weekly, monthly or quarterly intervals. Short term investment long term cost savings.
