Tool Repair FAQs

What kind of tools do you repair?

We repair all makes and models of air and rivet tools. We assess all makes and models regardless of age and condition.

How long will the repair take?

We will inform you when assessment has been made of the completion date. It can also be tracked by you, the customer, via our service portal.

How do I send my tool

Place your tool in a box, securely wrapped, include a compliment slip with your contact telephone number, email address and a brief description of the fault. Pop it on a carrier and once we have received it will shall quote you within 24 hours. Local companies, please call and arrange a collection.

Do Part On guarantee repairs?

All repairs carried out by Part On carry a three month guarantee on the specific repair carried out.

How much will my repair cost?

Until an assessment is made as to what the tool needs we are unable to advise you of the cost. Once receiving the tool we assess tools within 24 hours and we will not complete work until we have been authorised.

Do Part On sell spare parts?

Yes, we stock a good range of all common parts for riveters and rivet nut guns. We will also source parts that you require by contacting our office team 0121 439 7152.
