we support)
Once we have confirmed we can repair/service your rivet/rivet nut/air tool,
Place your tool in a suitable box, along with a letter head or business card confirming your email address, shipping address, also sending sample fasteners you are using so the tool can be tested with your regular fasteners, then send to our premises FAO the workshop
Your rivet/rivet nut/ air tool is then received in our warehouse, the service engineers will then book your tool into our bespoke tracking system - where we can trace any purchase or previous service history of the tool which has been supplied by Part-on previously.
Your tool will then be assessed by our factory-trained engineers who will then offer a quotation by email within 24 - 48 hours of the tool being received. If we believe the quotation is uneconomical to repair due to the cost to repair outweighing the cost of the tool, we will then quote a new replacement tool, so you have feasible options to choose from
Once you are happy with the quote received, you can email us your approval or purchase order, we will either send you an acknowledgment or pro forma invoice. If spares need to be ordered in due to not being currently available from stock, we will be happy to update you with all lead times which we have been advised.
We stock a large number of stocks for a fast turnaround on most requirements.
