SEND YOUR TOOL VIA COURIER OR DELIVER TO OUR PREMISES
One we have confirmed we can repair/service your rivet / rivet nut / air tool,
Please send in marked ‘’FAO WORKSHOP’’
Not forgetting to send with the tool your ‘’letter head’’ or ‘’business card’’ advising contact details where the quote should be emailed to and delivery address where the tool should be returned to.
Sending samples of your fasteners with the tool will also be beneficial, and allow us to test the tool fully using your fastener
WE RECEIVE YOUR TOOL
Your rivet / rivetnut/ air tool will be received in our warehouse, the service engineers will then book your tool into our bespoke tracking system - where we can see any purchase or previous service history of the tool which has been supplied by Part-on. Your tool will then be assessed by our factory trained engineers who will then offer a quote by email within 24 - 48 hours of the tool landing here at Part-on. If we believe the quotation is uneconomical due to the cost to repair, we will then quote a new rivet / rivet nut / air tool, so you have feasible options to choose from.
GIVING THE GO AHEAD
Once you are happy with the quote you can email us your approval and we will either send you a proforma invoice (for our cash account customers) or an order acknowledgment (for our account customers). We sell spares and repair many units per day; therefore, we have a large quantity of stocks for a fast turnaround. Although if spares need to be ordered in, we will be happy to update you with all lead times which we have been advised.
RECEIVING YOUR TOOL BACK
Once your tool is repaired it will either be sent on a next day service courier for delivery to your chosen shipping address or you can request to collect upon approving your quotation.
